Fuel is a training-day drink mix built around a 3:1 glucose-to-fructose carbohydrate blend, the ratio endurance research keeps landing on for maximum oxidation without GI distress. Sodium, potassium and magnesium are dosed to replace what a hard session pulls out of you.
One serving delivers roughly 45 g of carbohydrate and a full electrolyte profile. It is not a general-purpose hydrator. Use it when a workout is going past the 60-minute mark, when the pace is high, or when back-to-back training days start to catch up. On rest days or short sessions, plain water or a lower-carb electrolyte is the better call.
